New Feature! Easy Orga now adds the construction and analysis of expense budgets for everyone: your models are automatically updated and new tools await you!
Defining expense budgets is a crucial process for any organization, whether public or private. These budgets then confront the harsh reality of operations and help measure and manage economic performance. They serve as financial roadmaps, allowing managers to plan and control cash flows, predict resource needs, and ensure that strategic goals are achieved.
The budgeting process generally begins with an assessment of the organization's goals and an analysis of past financial performance. Department heads collaborate to estimate expected costs and revenues for the upcoming period, taking into account economic uncertainties and market trends.
Once established, these budgets are continually reviewed and adjusted to reflect actual conditions and internal changes. Discrepancies between forecasts and actual results are analyzed to identify areas needing improvements or adjustments. This allows proactive and reactive resource management, avoiding financial drifts and optimizing overall organizational performance.
In the end, good budget management helps ensure the long-term viability and growth of the organization, supporting informed strategic decisions and enabling effective resource allocation.
On Easy Orga, everything is simpler: you create budgets through a dedicated list - with all the advantages of mass editing (copy-paste, duplicate, etc.) - in order to link them to Modeled Objects in your Organization... And that’s it!
Then, these Budgets apply and propagate automatically across your Model through consumptions.
On your Model, by clicking on various Objects, you can directly see “who consumes who and what” for your Budgets!... You also obtain and analyze discrepancies between complete expense budgets and complete costs.
