The search tool is based on evolving Conditions: modify their settings if you wish
Want to further customize your searches? Add, modify, or delete conditions and adjust the search plan as needed.

Construction

A lot of flexibility awaits you to build the Model that suits you!

And many other tools will simplify things but above all they will increase what you do with them!
Tool

Model

Model : Version and Key Information
Model : Number and Currency Formats
Model : Public or Private Sector and Types of Costs and Revenues
Model : Country and Region
You can create as many versions of the same model as you desire. Each version is identified by a number that breaks down into three levels: X.Y.Z.
You assign a sector to your Models so that they adapt to it: terms used as applicable functionalities.
The currency retained is then included for example on your Costs or your Revenues
You choose a format that best suits you, such as 1,000.00 or 1,000.00.
Your Model adapts to the years you enter: you retain a default year taken from the opening
By choosing a location for your model (country/region), public holidays are automatically applied but adjustable
Tool

Node

Modeled Object : Type of Analysis Centers or ABC Model Objects
Modeled Object : Shape and Positioning
Modeled Object : Hierarchy of Analysis Centers or ABC Model Objects
Depending on the Object you wish to model (e.g.: 1 activity, 1 building, 1 factory, etc.), you choose a Node Type, with a Shape that suits you
By adapting Contours and therefore their appearance, you better distinguish your modeled Objects
Some Objects are more important than other Objects: Increase their Size
Certain Objects are included in other Objects: Structure them in Hierarchy
Tool

Relationship

Relationship : Type and Size of Relationship
Relationship : Customize the Shape
Relationship : Network of Modeled Objects
For example in 'U', in 'L' or even direct line, you give a shape to your relationships by changing their Type
You want more flexibility: add, delete or modify the positions of your Relations
Some relationships are more important than others: change their size
Through the existing relationships and their adapted colors, you quickly and easily distinguish the network of influence of your Modeled Objects
Tool

Positioning

Positioning : Adjust the Placements of Your Objects
Positioning : Adjust Objects Relatively
You create a Map of your Modeled Objects by placing them where you want
In addition to control by keyboard/clicking on buttons, you simply move your Objects by Drag/Drop
Your Modeled Objects are judiciously placed on a Positioning Grid
You assign to your Modeled Objects the Horizontal and Vertical Spacings that suit you
If you wish, you reposition Objects by aligning them Vertically or Horizontally
Need to reorder objects by their names? You can easily reposition them with just one click.
For your hierarchical objects, you can automate or manually set the position of parent nodes, such as centering or placing them at the top.
When Modeled Objects abnormally overlap, they are detected and repositioned automatically

Consumption

Consumption is key for your Model: through it, you not only know who is using who and what but above all you automate the spillovers of costs, revenues and evaluations!

Through an example, discover also how consumptions of resources and analysis centers are applied and utilized.

Tool

Quantity

Quantity : Enter Your Useful Quantities with Units
Quantity : Track the Evolution of Your Quantities
Quantity : Identify the Analysis Centers That Consume Directly and Indirectly
On your Modeled Objects, you assign Useful Quantities to follow and consume
On your Useful Quantities, you apply the most appropriate unit: kWh, kg, m3, etc.
You associate as many Useful Quantities as you want on your Objects.
By adding a new Node, one or more Useful Quantities are automatically attached
Tool

Inductor

Quantity : Apply Consumption Drivers
Quantity : Optionally Create a Formula per Driver
Flexible, you enter either a quantity or a percentage of the quantity of a Useful Quantity serving as an inducer
If necessary, you compose a plan to consume a Useful Quantity serving as an inducer
You choose the unit to use for consumption calculations such as kg or t
If you wish, you consume a Node towards a tree of Hierarchical Nodes

Cost

In mass edition, your costs are qualified in nature, section and type, building a solid basis for your analyses!... And you also go further by automating inflation, depreciation and even recurring costs!

In an example, see how the full costs of services or products from analysis centers' costs of a model are represented.

Tool

Completing

Costs : Mass Assign Costs to Your Modeled Objects
Costs : Filter Cost Lines
Costs : Mass Modify Values
The costs are entered in our dedicated list which works like a spreadsheet
If necessary, you target rows by completing one or more column filters (let regex format is accepted)
Simple, you copy then paste your costs from an Excel spreadsheet, tabulated text or the list itself
By pressing 'ALT'+'=' simultaneously, you apply the contents of the active cell to all selected cells
Tool

Categorization

Costs : Nature Groups
Costs : Natures with P&L Positioning, Outsourcing, Capex/Opex, and Fixed/Variable
page_texte_categorisation_nature
You define the Costs as Capex or Opex, therefore Investment or Operation for the Public sector
By the list, you identify the Fixed Costs as well as the Variable Costs
On the Costs, you qualify at your convenience those which are outsourced, such as for services received
Tool

Advanced Mode

Costs : Model Inflation
Costs : Apply Recurrences and Inflation
If you want to model inflation, you first enter inflation data in a dedicated list which you then apply to Costs
When a Cost is multi-year, you enter an application period
If a Cost is recurring, you then define a reapplication frequency

Revenue

In your Model, your revenue flows up the consumption network!... They are linked or not to quantities sold and you use advanced price management if you wish!

To learn more, consult an example of an ABC (Activity Based Costing) model of a manufacturer of paints that redistributes the revenues of products sold through its modeled consumptions networks.

Tool

Completing

Revenues : Mass Enter Sold Quantities on Your Modeled Objects
Revenues : Mass Enter Your Revenues
Revenues : Apply Other Revenue Sources
By Modeled Object sold and in the corresponding list, you define a Quantity Sold, in number or percentage, with an Application Unit
In a dedicated list, you provide the sale of an Item by assigning a Quantity Sold and a Price
If necessary, such as for Exceptional Financial Revenues, you directly enter a sales amount on a Modeled Object using a dedicated list
Tool

Advanced Mode

Revenues : Model Your Prices
Revenues : Apply Internal Rebilling on Your Analysis Centers
Sales Price management requires more flexibility: use the list dedicated to Prices
If you want to create internal re-invoicing, you transform certain Sales into Costs for Modeled Objects

Evaluation

Versatile, the evaluation systems adapt to your expectations: strategic objectives, HR tests, marketing studies, etc. Everything adds up and can overlap!

To understand it through an example, also consider this case of an insurance company that evaluates the performance of its services and analysis centers according to its strategic objectives.

Tool

Completing

Evaluation : Enter the Systems
Evaluation : Associate Axes with Systems
Evaluation : Enter the Axes
Evaluation : Assign Scores to Analysis Centers or ABC Model Objects
Strategic objectives, balanced scorecard, 360 Feedback, Marketing Study,... Any Evaluation System is provided in 3 levels, with the definition of the System first in its dedicated list
Secondly, you break down your Evaluation System into as many Evaluation Axes as you wish, including for each axis a Weighting, a Maximum Score and a Target to achieve.
Finally, you assign a Score per Axis to Modeled Objects
Tool

Advanced Mode

Evaluation : Associate Natures and Nature Groups
Evaluation : Create Target Objectives to Achieve
If you wish, you define and then enter Natures and Nature Groups for your Evaluation Axes
Some modeled objects are unique? You can fine-tune specific targets for them.

Analysis

Whether on quantities, consumption, costs or even recipes... You have many sources of analysis!

On your Model first, directly above or on hover, with raw or reworked figures in ratio... just like interactive diagrams to better understand things!

And you also have the Node sheets, which are very detailed, or the overall reports, which are refined depending on the Nodes to be analyzed!
Tool

Model

Analysis : Choose the Types of Tags to Display on Modeled Objects
Analysis : Display Tags on Your Analysis Centers or ABC Model Objects
Analysis : Choose the Types of Information Displayed on Hover
Attached to your Objects, you choose the Type of Tag you want to display: Quantity, Cost, Revenue, Profit, Evaluation, Ratio, etc.
Depending on the Type of Tags displayed, the Contours of your Modeled Objects are proportionally partitioned: for example, a Capex of 100 and an Opex of 50 give respectively 2/3 and 1/3 of the contour
When selecting a Modeled Object, all the displayed Tags and therefore the Contours adjust to show the Contributing Objects and the associated amounts
If you wish, you choose to display in Popup a relevant table or diagram on Quantities, Costs, etc.
Tool

Node Sheet

Analysis : View the Financial Summary of Your Analysis Centers
Analysis : Represent Upstream and Downstream Cost Flows
Analysis : Understand the Composition of Revenues
Analysis : Summarize Evaluations of Analysis Centers or ABC Model Objects
Analysis : Understand the Network Role of Your Modeled Objects
Each modeled object has a dedicated sheet with multiple tabs. The Detail tab includes a name, description, and key summaries like a simplified P&L.
Interactive diagrams show the evolution of various quantities. You can also find consumed and consuming modeled objects.
In dedicated Tabs, the Costs are presented and crossed in various diagrams and tables of Spills, Origins, Section (Capex / Opex), Type (Fixed / Variable) or even Natures
The Revenues of the Object considered are put into perspective from different angles: for example, the Origins or even the Natures
For the Object considered, each Evaluation System is represented by a diagram and a Summary table, distinguishing its own evolutions from those received from other Objects
In specific tabs, the network of the Object concerned is analyzed in Statistics with for example the number of relationships from or to, the cycles if existing or the number of Objects associated upstream or downstream
Tool

Systemic

Analysis : Analyze the Cycles in Your Model
Analysis : Determine the Direct Influences of Analysis Centers or ABC Model Objects
Analysis : Determine the Indirect Influences of Analysis Centers or ABC Model Objects
Analysis : Cross-Evaluate with Costs and Represent Them
Interested in the cycles of your model? Explore statistics on modeled objects, complete with diagrams and count tables.
With the Dependency Motricity Matrix, you quickly identify the behaviors of your Modeled Objects between them
Analyzing indirect influences in object networks? Use the associated matrix to identify who’s more influential or dependent.
Need to compare and analyze a system or evaluation axis based on quantities, costs, revenues, etc.? Create a Positioning Matrix.

You adjust your supplements as closely as possible to your needs.
Tool

Model

Management : Delete a Version or All Versions of a Model
Management : Save into a New Model
Management : Open the Model to Other Models
If this model no longer fits, delete this version or all its versions.
Want to duplicate this model? Save it as a new model.
Interconnect your model with others? Open it to others and use some of its modeled objects in those other models.
Tool

Right

Management : Assign Fine Rights to Members
Management : Assign Fine Rights to Member Groups
Management : Assign Fine Rights to Organizations
You apply up to 5 levels of Progressive Rights, including one within the other: View, Modify, Create, Delete and Manage
Flexible, you configure rights as you wish on the Nodes and Relations of your Model... Such as the right to 'Consult' on Finance or that of 'Modify' on Evaluation
Each version of a model has its own list of members. You can add, modify, or remove members and their rights as needed.
As for Members, you manage rights on Member Groups in a dedicated list: all members of these Groups receive Rights.
As for Groups, you assign Rights to Organizations if you wish: the attached Members will have these rights
Tool

Administrator

Management : Administer Your Model Managers
Management : Manage Your Contract Limits and Add-ons
Management : Apply Limits on Your Member Groups
Managers exist on 3 Levels, including each other: Group(s), Organization(s) and Contract(s) Manager
The Managers have complete control over all its Models, they adapt the limits (number of assets) and they define the members of the Groups, Organizations and Contracts
From the Organization Level, a Manager adds, deletes and prioritizes the Groups of an Organization
The Contract Manager adjusts the type of Contract applied as he wishes, purchases supplements and manages (adds, modifies or even deletes) Members
